This sample file shows how you might set up all of the events you want programmed into the CP290. Create a separate handler for each situation you want to automate and a single main routine that is nice and simple so you can add and remove things as your lifestyle changes. The main part of the script erases all of the events in the CP290 and sets up the base housecode that you want and the current time from the Macintosh's clock.
Assuming that you have a stereo plugged into module 1 in housecode "A", it sets up an "alarm clock script" that downloads events to turn the stereo on when you want to get up in the morning and off when you've left for the day. There's a separate event to turn it on later on the weekends because you might want to sleep later.
There's another handler to turn the television on when you're likely to get home and off when you go to bed. If you get home early and want to turn it on earlier, or go to bed earlier some nights, you can just turn it on/off directly with button 2 on the CP290.
